By purchasing from truethrow.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Products & Pricing

Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to modify prices and cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud.

3. Shipping

Standard shipping is Sea Freight (approx. 4–6 weeks). Express Air Freight is available at checkout (10–20 business days). All shipping is DDP — duties and import fees are included. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Returns & Warranty

Returns accepted for defective items within 30 days of delivery. 1-year limited warranty on fabric, frame, and product defects. Full details: truethrow.com/pages/return-policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

TrueThrow's liability shall not exceed the original purchase price. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
