Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: August 1, 2026

At TrueThrow, returns and replacements are accepted exclusively for defective or damaged items. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

30-Day Return Window — Defective on Arrival

Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery if your item arrives defective or damaged.

  1. Use our contact form with subject "Return Request — [Order Number]"
  2. Attach clear photos or video showing the defect
  3. Our team responds within 3 business days
  4. If approved, we provide a prepaid return label

Do not return items without prior written authorization.

1-Year Limited Warranty

A 1-year limited warranty from delivery date covers manufacturing defects in:

  • Screen fabric (delamination, discolouration, coating separation)
  • Frame (structural failure under normal use, coating defects)
  • Hardware and mechanical components under normal use

Not covered: improper installation, misuse, accidental damage, environmental damage, or unauthorized modifications.

Warranty claims: Use our contact form with order number and photos.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping Costs

  • Defective on arrival (within 30 days): TrueThrow covers return shipping
  • Warranty claims (after 30 days, within 1 year): Customer ships to us; TrueThrow covers replacement shipping
